Samsung Electronics, a global leader in the technology sector, has been ranked first in the global ranking of “The World’s Best Employers” for the third consecutive year. The list brings together 800 companies and is the result of a study led by Forbes magazine, in collaboration with Statista, a market research firm.
In 2022, the ranking will reach its sixth edition and on this occasion, 150,000 employees of multinational companies and institutions from 57 countries, working full-time and part-time, participated in the survey. Samsung took the first position due to good results in evaluations of aspects such as economic impact and corporate image, talent development, gender equality and social responsibility. Respondents also rated the company on its recommendation as an employer to friends and family.
“The result reflects our commitment to making Samsung a great place to work. We are always focused on actions that promote respect and encourage human talent, diversity and inclusion strategies to ensure equal opportunities for all employees and candidates, as well as various learning solutions for employee self-development,” said Mario Laffitte, Vice President Institutional Relations for Samsung in Latin America.
For the survey process, the participation of companies is limited, including the hiring of respondents, and their anonymity is guaranteed.
